  | These 4 characters were all genned and ended in a single Maelstrom Event. I began to run out of clothes and inspiration towards the end; partially because I fell into a river while playing the first character. Chastity-Cometh-of-Toil-and-Labour Kempf (top left) and his similarly named cousins were fanatical merchant... followers (anyone who gives themself the name of priest is taking credit for what belongs to the Merchant, and is hence a heretic.) He died after smiting a Fallen (technically a native eidelon), and waiting round so that he could smite some more when it came back with more support. Paddy (top right) was a Malathian conman. He had planned to hit the casino with the rest of his gang when it opened, but he got bored when two of them fell asleep, and one ran away to join Novak's circus, so he stole a spear and tried to sell it to absolutely anyone, including Raid Hive. Which brings me on to.... Tertottyl of Raid Hive (bottom left) flew all night from the hatching grounds to the Trade Fair. He was learning a lot about "Etiquette", and even attended a ball within an hour of his arrival. Unfortunately, some kind of legal confusion lead to him having a battle to the death against trained Havocstan soldiers. Even worse, some dryad came along claiming the spear he was using was stolen, and took it back. He managed to strike a glorious blow for The Hive by throwing a tankard, before running out of weapons and dying. Artemis Nye (bottom right) wore a (previously used) pink shirt that I was lent from Helen Walter due to not having any more clothes. :P He had recently been transferred from Sacuza in Freiboden to the New World, and was getting some experience with Marshall Enterprises. He was a very quiet character, and enjoyed reading immensely. He also had incredibly high endurance and fortitude for a shopkeeper. Still technically alive... |   |
