The IC justification is that Lucie wants another pissup, by which I mean friendly social gathering and possibly some debauchery on the side. This means basically anyone (within reason) is welcome to turn up; the only current PCs who are not welcome are Lisalotte and Setanta and I'm sure their players know why :P. One-off characters are entirely encouraged though I'd like to know who first. I will provide snacks, drinks, makeup if anyone's feeling brave (play an elf! play an elf!), and green smudges by request.
