He has been sent to Grantabrugge to keep an eye on it, as it has a disproportionate amount of balance breaking things happen in it. He pops into the Wessex arms on occasion for the same reason. The first time he visited, 4 people died soon after. This is, he hopes, a coincidence.
He is unlikely to be found in the city at any one time, as his duties there involve maintaining the shrine to Gaia, preaching at the Church of the Balance, and somtimes visiting the bar. Anyone looking for him in the small villages and (surviving) farmsteads outside the city will find him eventually, though.
