I'm going to back this either way, but as shipping from the US is quite expensive (large hardcovers do that), I went and asked about a group shipping discount.
They'll halve the shipping rate if we can pull together at least four orders. Backing for physical copies, $25 plus shipping.
So, the plan: if at least four people sign up before the kickstarter is nearly closed (say 20th November), I'll put in a group pledge and we all save $10 on shipping. I reserve the right to shut this early if it's getting sufficiently unwieldy. There may be duty to pay as well.
