Step we gaily, on we go,
Steel for steel and blow for blow,
Arm in arm and foe on foe,
All for fighting Zombies!

Watch the swords go up and down,
Ichor green and black and brown,
Hold the shield wall, save the town,
From the horde of Zombies!

Step we gaily, on we go,
Steel for steel and blow for blow,
Arm in arm and foe on foe,
All for fighting Zombies!

Plenty zombies, plenty ghouls,
Plenty banditos, the fools.
A scroll of Disruption rules,
It makes toast of Zombies!

Step we gaily, on we go,
Steel for steel and blow for blow,
Arm in arm and foe on foe,
All for fighting Zombies!

Red the blood they want to drink,
Bright they aren't, they cannot think!
Fairly vile the rotting stink,
Of the horde of Zombies!

Step we gaily, on we go,
Steel for steel and blow for blow,
Arm in arm and foe on foe,
All for fighting Zombies!

Asilano used to sing the original version of this song. His dad, a biochemist, always rendered the first line as "Streptococous, on we go".
Oh, wow. Did he do anything interesting with the other lines? --Jacob
Not that I recall. I think he rather ran out of inspiration at that point. --A

My brain, on seeing the title of this page, keeps coming up with George Formby's "When I'm fighting zombies". I think I need help... --Pufferfish

All I can manage is 'Poisoning Zombies in the park', and it's not even vaguely related. I'm going mad --Snapdragon
