Aah, the good old Melee I (dagger) trick. One of my favourites :D. May I recommend not bothering with Infuse Weapon, as if you need magic damage you have it in spells, and you'll get Enflame Dagger very quickly. Also, is it deliberate that he doesn't know Common? --Pufferfish
- No, it's a mistake. Restatted. Can I get away with picking and choosing grey spells? I think I prefer Infuse Weapon on something a fighter's carrying to Magic Missile as a source of Magic damage. --NT
- You may pick and choose grey spells if it is not your primary colour, yes. Also, there is no point at all in getting Magic Missile as you have nice ready sources of magic damage RIGHT THERE, that being what fire magic is *for* . --Pufferfish
- I think it's perfectly sensible for this build to have Infuse Weapon. If you start facing things immune to physical damage, then the ability to make the entire party do Magic damage is kind of sensible. --Requiem
