Now dead, having Ultimate Faithed while beaten to his knees by a large bunch of undead. Having subsequently butchered them all pretty comprehensively, Dion Silverlink is now serving his lord directly.
I like to think that he is sitting on a black cloud with a large scythe, scowling. Foolish mortals. You all deserve to die. :)

A spotter's guide.
Species: Azraelitus priestus insufferabilis gothicus
Haunts: This moody, scowling creature may be found in the Temple of Azrael most of the time. The rest of the time? Who knows...
Defining features: The Silverlink is dressed invariably in sombre black; facial expressions vary according to the situation, but the normal range is from a scowl to a sardonic smile. Wears big boots. Long hair. The Silverlink is almost always immaculately clean; unkemptness may be taken as a sure sign of something wrong.
Warnings: Approach with caution. The Silverlink is a touchy and irritable creature, and has few qualms about causing physical harm to the incautious observer. Not recommended for close viewing by undead spectators. Has been known to damage young kender after little provocation. The correct balance of healthy cynicism and respect for Azrael is likely to lead to positive interaction, however. Young men are likely to stand a better chance of positive encounters with the Silverlink. Do not underestimate the Silverlink's capacity to remember a slight; this is a vengeful creature, and the Silverlink may be content to wait a long time for the opportune moment before striking.
And now for the actual bio.... :)
Dion Silverlink is an Azraelite priest of about 23, the son of a wealthy merchant in Londinium. Naturally cynical, nihilistic and with no patience for romantic wishes to think well of people or life in general, he has been a devout follower of Azrael since he was about 17, much to the irritation of his Bastite parents. He is openly scornful of the ideas that life is ‘about’ anything other than death or that altruism is worth anything; he has sympathies with some Bastite and Mallanite philosophies, partly due to his upbringing. He is more contemptuous and mildly amused by the Humacti than anything else. He has very few qualms about being short with people to the point of rudeness, and is usually scowling.
Dion is not tall. He is strong – wiry rather than muscled, and deceptively slender of build. His hair, of which he is secretly proud, is long and straight, almost always loose. He is rather vain and takes care of his appearance; it is very rare to see him unkempt. He hates mess and disorder, and slovenliness on the part of others; sloppy work, hygiene or dress will immediately arouse his contempt. He realises that not everyone is gifted with brains, but in his opinion there is no excuse for that kind of idleness.
Background:
When he was 20, his parents dropped some hefty hints that it would be very desirable were he to marry the daughter of a rival trader in order that the family fortunes might be united. Unable to admit to himself – let alone anyone else – that he had no interest in women, Dion married her. Before the year was out, indifference had given way to a deep distaste for his wife’s company, exacerbated by the arrival of a daughter – Dion had never liked children. He began to find a great many reasons to go on very long ‘journeys of business’, which usually involved working for the various Churches of Azrael in the cities he visited, his devotion to his faith increasing along with his bitterness and dislike of his wife, who openly had a lot of affairs. At the age of 22, he was spiritually awakened and recognised his calling as a priest. In Grantabrugge at the time, he immediately abandoned his family and parents to join the Church in the city, and hasn’t been back to or communicated with anyone in Londinium since.
(This is not something Dion shouts from the rooftops. However, he hasn't made any active attempt to hide it either.)
