This is a work-in-progress system for running linears in something not too dissimilar from the TT universe. It is intended to promote simplicity, balance and extensibility - as well as rewarding skillful play, and enabling roleplay.

Changelog:
- Version 0.4: Energy moved back into abilities, and away from the energy skills, and generally reduced, especially for casters. Casters reworked. Backgrounds still need a major overhaul.
- Version 0.31: Chargen tweaked for balance.
- Version 0.3: Chargen trees redesigned again, in light of the various builds produced - offensive skills made more attractive, relative to defence; more fine-tuning of casters' skills added. Energy made more separate from the purchase of abilities, through taken away from casters, and thrown gained a strikedown.
- Version 0.26: Heal and cure swapped over, wording on disarm clarified. Still need to rethink cast throughs so they have visible effect.
- Version 0.25: Costs and energy values tweaked. Some Backgrounds written.
- Version 0.2: Complete rewrite of the rules section, with somewhat revised calls. Chargen trees redesigned, costs assigned.
- Version 0.1: Initial draft. Chargen notably incomplete.
