I fully intend to try a one-shot of Golden Sky Stories, a heartwarming RPG.

This is a diceless Tabletop which I will run. Current plan is meeting at 7 for quick Chargen and onto the game proper on Sunday 27th April. Meeting will be at my address in centre of town. The PCs take on the role of Henge, animal spirits who can take human form, which are cute and fluffy (except birds, which are cute and feathered). The gameplay will be a few scenes long, and involve making friends, and interacting with them. It's the sample adventure.

The main shtick of the game seems to be being cute and friendly to gain "Dreams" which are used to strengthen your connections with PCs/NPCs?, the connections allowing you to use your Mystical powers or augment your abilities. The combat rules are two paragraphs, the first of which is summed up as "Don't" and the second as "because you did, your connections drop".

I realise upon reading this that it sounds like I might be being facetious or sarcastic. I am not. This is a lighthearted and cute RPG designed for people of all ages.
