Decisive = Charges into fights at the drop of a hat
Inventive = "Well There's a use of conceal equipment that I hadn't considered"
Resourceful = Carries a plot device or two. Also 30ft of rope, 2 weeks iron rations, and a 10 foot pole.
Free-thinking = Can break a plot by encounter 2
Determined = doesn't stick with the party in a fight
