Fresher's Fair 2015: Tuesday 6th & Wednesday 7th October

I know I'm updating this super early, but; the Fair is coming! Volunteers to manage the Fresher's Fair stall are much appreciated, and the more the merrier as it means shorter shifts for all. Ideally, we'd like at least two people on the stall at any one time, with one in kit and one in ordinary clothes. The more impressive the kit, the better! (Bear in mind, however, that it might be warm; more on this when we know where we are...)

Please volunteer below if you can help out, and indicate times you may be available. (I realise times may have to come later, at the point of writing this is more than a month away :P)

Lanyards are a thing that everyone has to wear. "On arrival to your stall you will find 2 lanyards. Please ensure that anyone behind your stall is wearing their lanyard at all times to be identifiable to stewards and security (especially when entering/exiting the venue). When wearing your lanyards you will not be expected to queue to get into the venue."

This means that we need to do lanyard handovers when the person on the stall changes.

So I suggest a meeting point: <insert meeting point here> and exchanging phone numbers with the person you are replacing/who is replacing you.

Things to expect: - We'll be allocating stalls based on categories towards the middle of September. We'll be emailing around this time to let you know where your stall will be located. - Around the same time, we'll be emailing round a list of rules for the Freshers' Fair, along with guidelines for setting up on the day.

Accessibility Hour Please note that there will be an accessibility hour from 2-3pm where music will be lowered/turned off, and the venues will be at a lower capacity.
