2014 injury track. Having a great time.
Date - injury - value for money (pain compared with spactacularness of wipeout)
- Sunday - crushed thumb - poor (slow moving tumble due to depth of snow
- Monday - light burns - none (whacked temp control in the shower)
- Tuesday - bruised head - very bad (rear headbutted temp control in shower)
- Wednesday - bruised knee - excellent (both ski's lost, catapulted off pieste, multiple rotating tumbles before coming to a stop)
- Thursday - INJURY FREE! - despite bouncing over the crash barriers and leaving the run entirely on the luge, i was caught by the emergency netting.
- Friday - INJURY FREE! - with fantastic skiing. Minor food coma caused by over enthusiastic chalet host determined to cook more food than we could eat.
Overall Rating: Skiing Holiday/Serious? Injury percentage reduced to 25%! (16% if you include school trips)
- I am perplexed, you appear to have taken my Jim Field on holiday with you. If at all possible, please leave it on the side of a mountain. :) -Jim.
- I note that you appear to have found a resort where the showers are more dangerous than the ski slope. Have you considered using a bath, instead? --Jacob
