Your interactives happen on a friday night, in the cellar below the wessex arms, while the humans meet above, so you meet in secret below, the power of the ritual circle seeping down to below it.
Whatever happens, its vitally important that the adventurers above don't here you, as they are cruel and murderous, and will kill you all. Occasionally activity has to cease when someone comes down to get something from storage.
Obviously not meeting under the wessex arms on a friday night would be a SMART THING, but you are magical creatures, and are drawn to the ritual circle like moths to a flame, or flies to shit, depending on which metaphor you prefer. The humans haven't realised, but the power seeps through the stones, and if you stand directly below it, you can pull enough juice to perform a ritual. You just have to hope that there is no mage standing right above you, wondering where the power of his circle is going.
As CUTT Rules with the following differences:
Racial makeup is appropriate scrunches around eyes. High pitched voices are not required, but I'm sure you'll have them anyway.

You hate the opposing colour uruk, and will either fight (not necessarily physical or lethal), or at least not assist in any way. This is both social and genetic, you are incompatable in every way on some base level.
All: may cast cantrip of appropriate colour by the vocal "By my power and nature", unlimited uses.
All: once per combat/5 minutes you may cast the below spell using the vocal "By my power and nature"
You may only learn magic of your matching colour and grey. You may only learn what are standard spells, there are no "library" spells, you learn them as per the usual rules for learning standard spells.
But they are definately not magic... that you have learned.
An Uruk can only devote to their matching patron.
On taking the spiritual awakening skill the following happens to the uruk:
The patrons don't have the concept of strictures, it is too... civilised and human of them. Instead they have how they act, and expect their followers to do the same, or the power that was given, shall be taken.
