A Captain in the Warlocks Guild, Ruth occasionally visits the Wessex Arms to check up on the Ritual Circle and chat with the warlocks who drink there. She firmly believes that the main responsibility of the Warlocks is to ensure the safety of the Mages in the city - even if they will keep on doing dangerous rituals.
