Some ideas. Not finished.

Subterfuge, 15XP class skill. Covers 'being a dodgy bastard in downtime' - lockpicking, swiping things from market stalls, fencing stolen goods, being a decent judge of whether the random NPCs they are talking to in downtime are going to shop them to the militia or stab them up, knowing where to find people and things in the city, knowing the layout of the city with all the secret passages and connections between cellars and rooftop routes and so forth.

Agility, 5XP DAC skill, not usable in 3pt or more of armour.

Streetfighter, basic combat tree, 5XP: I: Single by weapon under 18", parry with offhand weapon under 18" if both weapons are under 18" II: Single by offhand weapon under 18", may use offhand parrying short with any on-hand weapon doing halves with the on hand III: Single by on-hand weapon under 36" IV: Single by off-hand weapon under 36" V: Single by on-hand weapon up to 42" (here and above are really 'swashbuckler' rather than 'rogue' weapon skill types) VI: Single Through by weapon up to 36" once per opponent per encounter VII: Single Through by weapon up to 36" VIII: Double by using a 42" sword two-handed (provides an 'abort to being warriorish if necessary')

Backstab, complex combat tree, 5XP: (All 'backstab' attacks only work if you strike the target in the back, as in anywhere in the rear half of the body if you bisected the head vertically and kept going down while the target is standing up straight, excluding the arms because the 'back' of the arms is ill-defined and easy to hit, but including the shoulders, i.e. any bit which stays put when you swing your arms forwards. They still count if you strike the opponent in the back *while standing in front of them*. They also only work with daggers.) Your backstab on a target refreshes if your DAC refreshes; otherwise you call these calls in order on a target, degrading down to Single after the last one on this list. If you are Weak, all calls are one degree lower. A 'Nothing Through' does not deliver venom. I: Instead of Single, you may call Half Through. II: Single Through, then your choice of Half Through or Single. III: Double Through, Single Through, (Half Through | Single) IV: Triple Through, Double Through, Single Through, (Half Through | Single) V: Quad Through, Triple Through, Double Through, (Half Through | Single) VI: Quin Through, Quad Through, Triple Through, Double Through, Single Through, (Half Through | Single) VII: Hex Through, Quin Through, Quad Through, Triple Through, Double Through, Single Through, (Half Through | Single) VIII: Sept Through, Hex Through, Quin Through, Quad Through, Triple Through, Double Through, Single Through, (Half Through | Single)

Dirty Fighting, combat tricks, 10XP each: All of these begin usable only once per encounter. They can be purchased again for a second use per encounter, but can only ever be used once per opponent per encounter. IV: Blind 5 by point and click within 1m (throw dirt in eyes) VI: Disarm that item by blow to arm or point and click just after blow to item VIII: Inflict I: Weakness by blow

Torture, 'mundane Inflicts', 10XP each: You can only use these on a target you have thoroughly tied up / otherwise incapacitated, or an unresisting target. They take at least 60 seconds to do. The trick with these is that they do no other damage - the victim retains all their HP (apart from in the first one, but they only lose 1HP). II: Inflict I: Single Through (a nasty scar) IV: Inflict I: Strikedown (mm, kneecapping) VI: Inflict I: Silence (vocal chord removal) VIII: Inflict I: You are completely incapacitated but somehow still alive, you can only moan and twitch in pain, you can just about indicate the answer to yes/no questions.
