Thea would be a priestess of someone, probably Teacher or Weaver, with medical skills. She'd probably be a rural Flembic peasant woman / village wise woman who came to the New World due to some kind of 'divine command' she believed she'd been given and not really knowing why she's there but trying to help people as much as possible while she's around. She would be vaguely apologetic about the more militant parts of her faith and convinced that her peaceful interpretation of the deity's will was entirely correct and that she received direct communication to this effect (although she wouldn't boast about this or make it generally known).
Silka would probably be a Fallen cultist or a Serpent priestess. She would continue to be batshit insane and would probably start with lots of Theurgy. She also remains human, probably Freiboden with noble parents, in an 'escaped from the cellar during the revolution' kind of way.
Charridy is quite difficult to convert because nothing quite fits the mindset, facet is probably the closest. In fact Tourmaline in his starting configuration was very similar to Charridy (slightly older and considered himself more sensible than most of the rest of his race, well-travelled, chip on shoulder a mile wide, very concerned about and defensive of 'his people').
Challa would be a Free Islands or Freiboden mercenary soldier who would just take some combat skills and wander around her first event looking for the highest bidder for her services. (And probably get dragged off into the bushes and sacrificed somewhere at random.)
Brunhilde would be a Gnoll in a trade house, a crafter of some description, possibly paying lip-service to the Merchant but probably undevoted and with a healthy dose of contempt mixed with fear for the gods in general, and would work behind the bar at an IC tavern.
Kallestra would be a female Tritoni who was sent across the Maelstrom to report back on behalf of her mother and her mother's pack. She would have Income 2 and sorcery with Pugilist's Mighty Blow, and then she would awkwardly fall in love with an Amun-Sa female with a violent, protective husband and have to go into hiding.
Mithril and Jessily are very similar in mind, just with different backgrounds and deities. (Note: This is not true any more - Jessily grew up and Mithril burnt down, and they Do Not Get On in my head, sometimes quite loudly.)
Ekaterina would be Free Islands or Malathian trying to pass herself off as nobility or at least break into the high-class escort trade. She would probably just take combat skills.
