CUSU Societies Fair 2010

TT is at the CUSU Societies fair again this year. As usual we'd like to get some new students involved with TT and we need your help to do it. We'll have a stand with some kit and weapons and we'll need people to talk about TT and be enthusiastic to freshers. If you can spare some time, the society would be very grateful. If you can, please sign up at the bottom of this page.

Schedule for the Societies Fair 2010:

Tuesday 5th October:

9am - setup

10am - doors open to students with disabilities and student parents

11am - doors open to all students

6:30pm - doors close to students

7pm - Finish

Wednesday 6th October:

9am - stallholders allowed in

10am - students allowed in

3pm - doors close

4pm - Finish

Please put down when you're able to help. In theory there's a limit of two people behind the stall at any time, but I doubt anybody will get thrown out if we have a third at times.

Time slots (if you don't like them, please feel free to modify them).

FWIW, 9am actually means "turn up at 9.50" as setup is quick and the first hour is slow. I am happy to turn up and set up the stall but would really rather not man it unless there are absolutely no volunteers. I will also come at the end of the second day and take all my stuff away --Pufferfish

Tues 9am - 1pm (includes setup) People: Porange, Locksmith, Corin

Tues 1pm - 4pm People: Locksmith, Joey (actually starting at 2), Corin, Andy, androidkiller

Tues 4pm - 7pm (includes taking away valuable stuff and the email list) People: , Locksmith, Joey, Corin, Andy

Weds 9am - 12:30 People: Porange, Locksmith, Corin

Weds 12:30pm - 4pm (includes taking away everything and putting the table back where it came from) People: Locksmith, Corin, Andy, Garuda, androidkiller from 2pm

There seems to be a sufficient shortage of people that it makes sense for me to do the longest streach I can. So that's 2-7 Tuesday. --Joey
