VERY MUCH JUST A CONCEPT ATM, SUGGESTIONS WELCOME

This is slowly building up here:

Spies from the future time travel to High Fantasy Britain to figure out why myths have suddenly started having been happened all along.

Players are either:

  1. Investigators from the future - playing a gritty, lethal system where death could be anywhere from anything.
  2. High fantasy heroes from the past - playing insanely powerful mythological beings.

FOR FUTURE PEEPS:

Trapped with limited support, working for different organisations or governments. You'd be struggling to keep supplied, hidden and safe (from each other as much as the people of the period)

FOR HEROES:

You're the sort of people who Myths are centred around (or if you aren't, you're fast becoming one). You're drawn together, with people like yourselves - most people still find it a little worrying that some of you have picked up their intestines after a fight and slept it off, that you are able to change people's thoughts or turn the air into fire.

ADVANCEMENT:

HEROES:
Major acts of heroism/badguyism get you XP. Otherwise, you earn XP per week while you have access to a training facility.

TIMEONAUTS:
Earn XP per week while they have access to their facilities, can earn new facilities and access new skills by achieving objectives.

Game would start set in the past, run over the course of a year. Would run similar format to TT.

Sample Linear concept: spies accompany Sir George and his mates on his quest to figure out what the hell he means when he says he's off to kill a dragon

TODO:

Figure out time travel tenses

Salavant is vaguely interested, and scarily was having very similar thoughts the other day himself...
