Chase is currently a very unhappy scared thing. You see this week was the first time he ever shot anyone, and while he was pretty sure that he was careful not to aim anywhere vital but within a few minutes the guy was dead. People were pretty insistent that this was probably due to the daggers in his back but does that mean it isn't his fault? When he went to help and fix the guy up with a poultice they pushed him away... hopefully the militia aren't going to think it was him. He just wanted to have a decent drink.
Now that the forests of Cymru are somewhat depleted, heading back to Grantabrugge to see if that war business has calmed down. Scares the deer.
TL:DR, he's the guy who shot a ritualist mid ritual promting a fight, a murder and explosions from the ritual circle. Moral of the story: don't be the guy in the middle of the bloody explosions - you will get shot.
