Refmail is cutt3ygb2013@googlegroups.com and your refbeasts for this picnic in the Underdark are Kelpie, Inquisitor, Rakdos and DaveP?.
We can be on site from 4pm friday, and must be offsite by 4pm sunday at the latest. All other timings are subject to LARPtime: These are not!
There will be an email out closer to the time with kit requests/ideas, including info if you've signed up for a major role. We may not get the entire NPC briefing to you but we will make sure if you want to put the NPC kit together, you've got the chance. And of course, we have the Armoury and some kit kindly lent us by Serenity Larp, if it's just not enough warning.
We may be using smoke as a prop, this has been mentioned in the booking form, we will try and remember those who have issues with it, and will warn you before we use it.
If you have any cool props/kit you think we might glee over, throw us an email, and we will see if we can use them(believe me, if they make us glee, we'll find a way!)
If you'd ticked the 'sure, major role me' box on the form and would like to costume up your NPC cos you have some kit in mind, please go right ahead, for both orc and drow :)
It is as yet unnamed: the person suggesting the best name wins a PRIZE. All you need to know is that the PCs are going into the Underdark to aid in the negotiation between Orc and Drow, and to deal with a little problem that seems to be infecting everything. Our intrepid party are the only ones immune to this alchemical corruption, and we look forward to watching them save the day.
Feel free to suggest character specific names too! Your Heroes of the day are Alferwen, Flo, Sir Anthony, Mr Stubbs, Emily and Krsto.
Transport
Steph will be arriving in Cambridge about 1pm, and bumming about for 2 hours or so, before getting the bus to Little Abington. Does anyone have a vaguely compatible plan (or would like to give me a lift)?
Ellie and Ivan will also be arriving in Cambridge via train at A Time before catching the bus. If you wanted to get the same bus, that'd be neat? And if you want folks to hang about with, we've not set anything so far, so we could also roll up for about 1pm? --Hobnoblin
Nyeti will be driving from the city, probably between 4 and 5, and has space for one passenger.
I plan to catch the 3:30 bus from drummer street (bay 8) --Joey
I'll probably get into Cam station at 4-ish, and try to get the bus from round there. I'm pretty sure that's possible. --Chevron
I'm going to be rolling down hills road around 5ish, with space for at most 2 more passengers. --Hark
