Taken from a BookFace
? meme: If I were a supernatural being, what three things would you use to summon me?
(Bonus points if this would, in fact, work. Extra bonus points if amusing while mechanically effective.)
CUTT
- The Three Crossbowtiers: A bar with free booze, a potential for a scrap, and the absence of explict orders not to be there.
- Meg: Rumour of an Artifact, an indecipherable map, and a joke at Seb's expense.
- Eorl: "Hey look, is this a ritual circle?" or, anymage and Taf in the same bar.
- Leith: Strong alcohol, revealing clothes, and dribbly candles. Standard rite really.
- Krsto: A scroll of Planar Speech, a ley nexus, and an entity with at least 9 mana. This genuinely works since he is a supernatural being; mana is optional but tasty.
- Mrs Blackwater: Poor choices, poor timing and gin
- Justin: a nice glass of brandy, the blood of an oppressed peasant, and his phylactery. Actually works, though the brandy is superfluous and the social status of the blood donor irrelevant.
- Damien: Spirits of the Lioness, hunt down that which her servant desires! INFLICT 3: Leith, you must give me that rite.
- Bil Harkins: A gullible idiot, 32 Shillings and a Mercenary contract signed in whiskey.
Empire
- Isolde Novarion: A stirring battle song, a Favour from Seth and the phrase 'I CHALLENGE YOU...'
- Peter Vorsh: Any situation with the likelihood of Dawnish falling over something, and the opportunity to lose his surgeons tools somewhere...
- Friar Alan: A barrel of cider, a cambion, and a moral dilemma.
- Igraine Novarion: A scream, poor choice of words and an inopportune moment
- Barachel of Adina's Charge: A person being wrong, A pretty fish, and A barrel full of Highborn blood.
- Surely also Words Written On Paper? --Pufferfish
- Ah, those are the bindings. They just keep him in the summoning circle --Corinthus
- Percival: a declaration of love, a dramatic obstacle, and a thaumatological conundrum.
- Pete Keeper: A dirty picture, a pint of cider and the ritualistic statement of a stupid idea for him to argue at.
Ornithocracy
- Benny The Gull: A very shiny thing, a bag of Desire sweets and the promise of an Adventure
- Pendleton Black: A rumour, a Magpie and a Dropkick Murphys song.
Death unto Darkness
- Lt Cdr Remiel Bickersteth: A cup of tea, a box of custard creams, and a handwritten card requesting his presence.
- Lt Alvin Anderson: A Hand Webber, an incompetent Naval officer, and an large recaf.
