Kit Van

There is a kit van. Please get stuff to Pufferfish's house by 9pm Wednesday before the event. Please do not bring stuff before Sunday without prior arrangement.

THE STUFF MUST BE OUT OF MY HOUSE BY WEDNESDAY EVENING AFTER THE EVENT.

Kitvan Rules: We are going to be enforcing the rules very strictly because otherwise we will explode.

• Nothing smaller than a fullish supermarket carrier bag. Do not give us open bags; tie them closed. Single swords/etc are OK but see below about name tags.
• NAME YOUR STUFF. Not knowing whose something is is extremely stressful. We will not accept any items without either a name or permission to stick a sticky label on them.
• Max pole length 84"
• We accept no responsibility for breakables but we will try to not break things.
• Do not give us huge bags or boxes without prior permission. A ballpark for maximum size you don't need to warn about is a 70l rucksack weighing 15kg, because that is the biggest thing Pufferfish can lift without having to think too hard. Two medium size bags are better than one huge one.
• Boxes can be larger and heavier than this but please warn us first.
• We cannot take anything that is too big/heavy for 3 1/2 hands worth of lifting.
• Please tell us or label your bags with if they're being collected on Thursday or Friday.

WE MEAN IT, NAME YOUR STUFF. Not naming your stuff is implicit permission for us to stick labels on your stuff.

Stuff will be put in the Bronwen's Rest camp which is on the road near the Navarr gate to the IC field. Stuff must be collected by 5pm on Friday- anything still in our IC tents by then may be left outside to brave the elements. Stuff must be taken back to the van by 5pm on the day we leave site - this will probably be the Bronwen's Rest camp again but if we can't drive on after the event for whatever reason then stuff will need to go directly to the van.

If you will not be able to remove your stuff from Pufferfish's house by Tuesday evening after the event (barring surprise illness) then please do not use the van.

Cost is £10 for one bag, £20 for a pile of stuff, £30 for a *lot* of stuff. We bring a wheelbarrow we can lend you for ferrying stuff to your camp.

Train times

(it's also worth looking at the X5 bus to Buckingham if you can get a lift at the other end, since it's closer to the site than Banbury train station. However Banbury has the PD minibus service.)
